Schedule 3 to the CDA 1998 is amended as follows.

In paragraph (b) of paragraph 10(2) as it has effect without the amendment made by paragraph 20(10)(a) of Schedule 3 to the Criminal Justice Act 2003—

(a)

for “section 3 of the Powers of Criminal Courts (Sentencing) Act 2000” substitute “ section 14 of the Sentencing Code ”;

(b)

for “subsection (2)” substitute “ subsection (1)(b) ”.

(3)

In paragraph (c) of paragraph 10(2) as substituted by paragraph 20(10)(a) of Schedule 3 to the Criminal Justice Act 2003—

(a)

for “section 224 of the Criminal Justice Act 2003” substitute “ section 306 of the Sentencing Code ”;

(b)

for “section 3A of the Powers of Criminal Courts (Sentencing) Act 2000” substitute “ section 15 of the Sentencing Code ”;

(c)

for “subsection (2)” substitute “ subsection (1)(b) ”.
