Section 39 of the POCA 2002 is amended as follows.

In subsections (1)(c), (2) and (4), for “section 139(2) of the Sentencing Act” substitute “ section 129(3) of the Sentencing Code ”.

(3)

In subsection (5), for “section 139(2) of the Sentencing Act” substitute “ section 129(3) of that Code ”.
