Section 308 of the POCA 2002 is amended as follows.

In subsection (4)(a), for “section 130 of the Powers of Criminal Courts (Sentencing) Act 2000” substitute “ Chapter 2 of Part 7 of the Sentencing Code ”.

In subsection (5)(a), for “section 148(2) of the Powers of Criminal Courts (Sentencing) Act 2000” substitute “ Chapter 3 of Part 7 of the Sentencing Code ”.
