Section 246A of the CJA 2003 is amended as follows.

In the heading, for “section 226A or 226B” substitute “ section 254, 266 or 279 of the Sentencing Code etc ”.

(3)

In subsection (1), after “under section 226A or 226B” insert “ or under section 254, 266 or 279 of the Sentencing Code ”.

(4)

In subsection (8), in the definition of “appropriate custodial term”, after “under section 226A or 226B” insert “ or under section 254, 266 or 279 of the Sentencing Code ”.
