In subsection (1)(a), for “section 91 of the Sentencing Act” substitute “ section 250 of the Sentencing Code ”.

(3)

In subsection (1A)(a), for “section 91 or 96 of the Sentencing Act” substitute “ section 250 or 262 of the Sentencing Code ”.
