in the definition of “local authority residence requirement”, for “the same meaning as in Part 1 of the Criminal Justice and Immigration Act 2008” substitute “ the meaning given by paragraph 24 of Schedule 6 to the Sentencing Code ”;

in the definition of “youth rehabilitation order” and “youth rehabilitation order with fostering”, for “the same meanings as in Part 1 of the Criminal Justice and Immigration Act 2008 (see section 1 of that Act)” substitute “ the meanings given by sections 173 and 176 of the Sentencing Code ”.
