Paragraph 265 I1

In section 8 of the London Local Authorities Act 2007, for subsection (8) substitute—

“(8)

Section 316 of the Sentencing Code (appeals where previous convictions set aside) shall apply in Greater London as if the following words were inserted in subsection (1) at the end of paragraph (a)—

“or under section 8(1) of the London Local Authorities Act 2007 (c. ii) (automatic minimum fine on third conviction for fly posting or shroud advertisement offence),””.
