Schedule 1 to that Act is amended as follows.

In Part 1, in paragraph 1(1), at the end of paragraph (e) insert “ or section 366 or 369 of the Sentencing Code ”.

(3)

In Part 3, in paragraphs 6(a) and 8(c), for “section 5 or” substitute “ section 360 of the Sentencing Code or section ”.
