Paragraph 325 I1

In Article 2 of the Magistrates' Courts Warrants (Specification of Provisions) Order 2000, after paragraph (g) insert—

“(ga)

in the Sentencing Code—

(i)

sections 6(4) and 93(4)(b);

(ii)

paragraph 3(2)(b) of Schedule 4;

(iii)

paragraph 6(3) of Schedule 5;

(iv)

paragraphs 5(2)(b), 12(4)(b), 13(3)(b), 17(2), 18(2)(b), 19(3)(b), 21(4), 22(7) and 23(4) of Schedule 7;

(v)

paragraphs 8(2)(b) and (4), 9(2)(b) and (4), 14(4), 18(5), 20(2), 21(4), 23(4), 24(4) and 25(4) of Schedule 10;

(vi)

paragraph 2(2)(b) of Schedule 12;

(vii)

paragraphs 8(2)(b) and 25(6) of Schedule 16;”.
