In article 5(3) of the Homelessness (Priority Need for Accommodation) (England) Order 2002—

(a)

in paragraph (a), after “section 76 of the Powers of Criminal Courts (Sentencing) Act 2000” insert “ or section 222 of the Sentencing Code ”;

(b)

in paragraph (c), for “that Act” substitute “ the Powers of Criminal Courts (Sentencing) Act 2000 ”.
