Paragraph 339 I1

Article 141F of the Proceeds of Crime Act 2002 (External Requests and Orders) Order 2005 is amended as follows.

In paragraph (4)(a), after “section 130 of the Powers of Criminal Courts (Sentencing) Act 2000” insert “ or Chapter 2 of Part 7 of the Sentencing Code ”.

In paragraph (5)(a), after “section 148(2) of the Powers of Criminal Courts (Sentencing) Act 2000” insert “ or Chapter 3 of Part 7 of the Sentencing Code ”.
