Article 205 of that Order is amended as follows.

In paragraph (4)(a), for “or section 130 of the Powers of Criminal Courts (Sentencing) Act 2000” substitute “ , section 130 of the Powers of Criminal Courts (Sentencing) Act 2000 or Chapter 2 of Part 7 of the Sentencing Code ”.

In paragraph (5)(a), for “or section 148(2) of the Powers of Criminal Courts (Sentencing) Act 2000” substitute “ , section 148(2) of the Powers of Criminal Courts (Sentencing) Act 2000 or Chapter 3 of Part 7 of the Sentencing Code ”.
