In regulation 1(3) of the Child Benefit (General) Regulations 2006, in paragraph (a) of the definition of “penalty”—

(a)

after “section 100 of the Powers of Criminal Courts (Sentencing) Act 2000” insert “ or Chapter 2 of Part 10 of the Sentencing Code ”;

(b)

after “sections 90, 91, 92 and 93 of the Powers of Criminal Courts (Sentencing) Act 2000” insert “ or sections 250, 259 and 260 of the Sentencing Code ”.
