(a)

in paragraph (b), for “section 155 of the Powers of Criminal Courts (Sentencing) Act 2000” substitute “ section 385 of the Sentencing Code ”;

(b)

in paragraph (c), for “section 74 of the Serious Organised Crime and Police Act 2005” substitute “ section 387 or 388 of the Sentencing Code ”.
