Paragraph 37 I1

Schedule 1 to that Act is amended as follows.

In paragraph 6B(1)(b) of Part 1, for sub-paragraph (ii) substitute—

“(ii)

under section 34A of the Sentencing Code (pre-sentence drug testing),”.

In paragraph 4 of Part 3, in the definition of “default”, for “Schedule 8 to the Criminal Justice Act 2003” substitute “ Schedule 10 to the Sentencing Code ”.
