In Schedule 1 to that Order, in paragraph 45—

(a)

in sub-paragraph (2), after “2000” insert “ and section 245 of the Sentencing Code ”;

(b)

omit sub-paragraph (3);

(c)

in sub-paragraph (4), for “section 134(1) of the Powers of Criminal Courts (Sentencing) Act 2000” substitute “ section 177A of the Armed Forces Act 2006 ”;

(d)

in the heading to the paragraph, at the end insert “ and related provisions ”.
