In regulation 64(4)(a) of the Child Support Maintenance Calculation Regulations 2012—

(a)

after “section 163 of the Powers of Criminal Courts (Sentencing) Act 2000” insert” “ or section 397 of the Sentencing Code ”;

(b)

for “section 96 of that Act” substitute “ section 96 of the Powers of Criminal Courts (Sentencing) Act 2000 or section 262 of the Sentencing Code ”.
