In regulation 4 of the Offender Management Act 2007 (Approved Premises) Regulations 2014—

(a)

in the definition of “community sentence”, for “section 147 of the Criminal Justice Act 2003” substitute “ section 397(1) of the Sentencing Code ”;

(b)

in the definition of “suspended sentence order”, for “section 189 of the Criminal Justice Act 2003” substitute “ section 286(6) of the Sentencing Code ”.
