In subsection (4), for “section 161A of the Criminal Justice Act 2003” substitute “ section 42 of the Sentencing Code ”.

In subsection (5), for “section 21A of the Prosecution of Offences Act 1985” substitute “ section 46 of the Sentencing Code ”.
