Paragraph 9 I1
In this Code “supervision requirement”, in relation to a youth rehabilitation order, means a requirement that, while the order is in force, the offender must attend appointments with—
(a)
the responsible officer, or
(b)
another person determined by the responsible officer,
at times and places determined by the responsible officer.
