Section 189 Power for Crown Court to direct magistrates' court supervisionI1

This section applies where the Crown Court makes a youth rehabilitation order otherwise than on appeal from a magistrates' court.

The Crown Court may include a direction that the order is to be subject to magistrates' court supervision.
