In this Schedule—

• “the Agency” means the Assets Recovery Agency;

• “the Director” means the Director of the Assets Recovery Agency;

• “NPIA” means the National Policing Improvement Agency; and

• “transfer scheme” means a scheme made by the Secretary of State under this Schedule.
