Article 1 Citation, commencement and interpretationI1

This Order may be cited as the Service Departments Registers (Amendment) Order 2009 and shall come into force on 1st September 2009.

In this Order—

• “the principal Order” means the Service Departments Registers Order 1959^f1;

• “required form” means such form as may be provided by the Registrar General of England and Wales who is appointed under section 1 of the Registration Service Act 1953^f2.
