Section 38 Financial provisions.

(1)

There shall be paid out of money provided by Parliament—

(a)

expenditure of the Secretary of State under this Act, and

(b)

increases attributable to this Act in the sums payable out of such money under any other enactment.

(2)

Sums received by the Secretary of State under or by virtue of this Act shall be paid into the Consolidated Fund.
