Section 62 Short title and commencement
(1)
This Act may be cited as the Sexual Offences (Scotland) Act 2009.
P1(2)
This Act (other than sections 1(4), 17(3), 58 to 60 and this section) comes into force in accordance with provision made by the Scottish Ministers by order.
