Section 9 Interpretation
In this Act—
(a)
“equality of opportunity” and “religious belief” have the same meaning as in the Fair Employment and Treatment (Northern Ireland) Order 1998;
(b)
words and expressions which are defined in Article 2(2) of the Education and Libraries (Northern Ireland) Order 1986 have the same meaning as in that Order.
