The Teachers’ Pensions Regulations 2010^f1 are amended as follows.

In regulation 7 (employment not pensionable: general), in paragraph (2)—

(a)

in sub-paragraph (b)—

(i)

after “parental,” insert “shared parental or”;

I2(ii)

omit “or additional paternity”;

(b)

in sub-paragraph (c)—

(i)

omit “, or additional statutory paternity pay”;

(ii)

at the end insert “or statutory shared parental pay”.

In regulation 15 (contributable salary), in paragraph (2) —

(a)

in sub-paragraph (b)—

(i)

omit “additional paternity,”;

(ii)

after “parental” insert “, shared parental”;

(b)

in sub-paragraph (c)—

after the entry for the expression “section 9(2)(B) rights” insert—

(d)

after the entry for the expression “state pensionable age” insert—
