Section 3 Interpretation.
In this Act the following terms shall include the several meanings after mentioned:
“Decree” shall include any judgment, deliverance, interlocutor, act, order, finding, or authority which may be extracted.
“Sheriff-clerk” shall include sheriff-clerk-depute.
