Regulation 1 Citation and commencement
United Kingdom
These Regulations may be cited as the Ship and Port Facility (Security) Regulations 2004 and shall come into force —
(a)
from 1st July 2004 for international shipping; and
F1(b)
on 1st July 2005 for all other purposes.
