Regulation 27 Saving of FCA powers in Part 8A FSMA 2000I1

Paragraph 1(2) of Schedule 2 to these Regulations does not affect the continued exercise by the FCA, in respect of things done or omitted before the main commencement day, of its powers in Part 8A of FSMA 2000.
(2)
Paragraph (1) does not limit the application of section 16 of the Interpretation Act 1978f1.
