Northern Ireland
(1)
As follows—
(a)
this Part comes into operation on the day after the day on which this Act receives Royal Assent, and
(b)
the rest of this Act comes into operation on such day or days as the Department for Communities may by order appoint.
(2)
An order under this section may contain such transitional or transitory provision as the Department for Communities considers appropriate.
