The Secretary of State makes the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 14(1), 15(1), 21(2) and (4)(a), 23(4)(b), 24(1), (2)(a) and (4)(a), 25(1) and (6)(a), 28(1), 29(2) and (4), 30(2)(a), 42(1) and (2) of the Defence Reform Act 2014^f1.
