Section 9 Short title, extent and commencement.
(1)
This Act may be cited as the Slaughter of Poultry Act 1967.
(2)
This Act shall not extend to Northern Ireland.

This Act shall come into force on such day as the Ministers may by order, made by statutory instrument, appoint, and different days may be appointed for the purposes of different provisions of this Act.
