Section 15 Registration of new holders.C1

The procedure in connection with applications for registration of new holders under this Act shall be regulated as may be prescribed in rules of the Land Court.

Registration of a new holder under this Act shall be constituted by an order of the Land Court granting registration, duly recorded, with the application on which it proceeds, in the Landholders Holdings Book.
