Regulation 1 Citation, commencement and interpretation

These Regulations may be cited as the Social Fund Maternity Grant Amendment Regulations 2012.

They come into force on 13^th August 2012.

In these Regulations, “the principal Regulations” means the Social Fund Maternity and Funeral Expenses (General) Regulations 2005^f1 and expressions defined in those Regulations have the same meaning in these Regulations.
