In subsection (3) of section 22 of the National Assistance Act 1948 (charges to be made for local authority accommodation) for the words “(apart from any supplementation of his resources which he will receive under the M1Supplementary Benefits Act 1976” there shall be substituted the words “(disregarding income support)”.
