Regulation 13 Savings

The Social Security (Adjudication) Regulations 1986^f1 shall continue to apply to the adjudication of claims and questions relating to any benefit payable under the Supplementary Benefits Act 1976^f2 or the Family Income Supplements Act 1970^f3 as if these Regulations had not been made.
