Regulation 5 Amendment of Schedule 2

In Schedule 2 for paragraph 3 there shall be substituted the following paragraph–

“

3 Reference by the Secretary of State notifying the adjudication officer that a decision of an adjudicating medical practitioner ought to be considered by a medical appeal tribunal (section 46(3) of the Administration Act).

A local office.

3 months beginning with the date of the decision of the ad– judicating medical practitioner.
