Paragraph 3

(1)

F1Sections 8 to 18, 29 to 31 and 39 of the Social Security Act 1998 and F2sections 124 to 124B above shall have effect for the purposes of the benefits specified in paragraph 2(2) above as they have effect for the purposes of benefit within the meaning of section 122 of the Contributions and Benefits Act other than attendance allowance, disability living allowance and disability working allowance.

(2)

Procedure regulations made under F3section 16 of the Social Security Act 1998 by virtue of sub-paragraph (1) may make different provision in relation to each of the benefits specified in paragraph 2(2) above.
