Paragraph 3 Eligibility indicatorsF1
(1)
The eligibility indicators in an eligibility verification notice must be criteria which indicate that the specified relevant benefit may have been, or may be, incorrectly paid.
(2)
The eligibility indicators may be criteria to be met by a single account or by two or more accounts combined.
(3)
The eligibility indicators must not include personal data.
