Regulation 3 Interpretation of Parts II, IV and V of the Jobseeker’s Allowance Regulations
In regulation 4 of the Jobseeker’s Allowance Regulations, in the definition of “employment"—
(a)
the words “, 19" shall be omitted; and
(b)
for the words “Parts II, IV and V" there shall be substituted the words “ Parts II and IV ”.
