Regulation 5 Good cause for the purposes of sections 19(5)(b) and 20A(2)(b)

In regulation 73 of the Jobseeker’s Allowance Regulations, in paragraph (2A)(a) M1, after the words “regulation 75(1)(a)(ii)” there shall be added the words “ or (iv) ”.
