Regulation 1 Citation, commencement and interpretation

These regulations may be cited as the Social Security (Attendance Allowance) Amendment Regulations 1980 and shall come into operation on 25th August 1980.

(2)

In these regulations—

  • “the principal regulations” means the Social Security (Attendance Allowance) (No. 2) Regulations 1975f1, and

  • “the Claims and Payments Regulations” means the Social Security (Claims and Payments) Regulations 1979f2.
