SOCIAL SECURITY

Coming into force 11th April 1988
The Secretary of State for Social Services, in exercise of the powers conferred upon him by sections 41(2D) and 64(1D) of and Schedule 20 to the Social Security Act 1975f1 and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, the Social Security Advisory Committee having agreed that the proposals to make these Regulations should not be referred to itf2, hereby makes the following Regulations:
