Regulation 2 Amendment of regulation 1 of the principal Regulations

In regulation 1(2) of the principal Regulations (citation, commencement andinterpretation) after the definition of “the Child Benefit Act” there shall be inserted the following definition—

  • ““the Contributions and Benefits Act” means the Social Security Contributions and Benefits Act 1992;”.
