Article 13 Sums specified for child benefit

In regulation 2(1) of the Child Benefit and Social Security (Fixing and Adjustment of Rates) Regulations 1976f1 (weekly rates of child benefit)–

(a)

in sub-paragraph (a)(i), for the sum of £14.40 there shall be substituted the sum of £15.00;

(b)

in sub-paragraph (a)(ii), for the sum of £17.10 there shall be substituted the sum of £17.55; and

(c)

in sub-paragraph (b), for the sum of £9.60 there shall be substituted the sum of £10.00.
