In Part III (other disqualifying offices)—

(a)

in the entry beginning “Adjudicating medical practitioner” for the words “Part III of the Social Security Act 1975” there shall be substituted the words “ Part II of the Social Security Administration Act 1992 ”; and

(b)

in the entry beginning “Member of a Medical Appeal Tribunal appointed” for the words “paragraph 2(2) of Schedule 12 to the Social Security Act 1975” there shall be substituted the words “ section 50 of the Social Security Administration Act 1992 ”.
