In paragraph 4(2) of Schedule 1A (exemption of the severely mentally impaired from personal community charge)—

(a)

for paragraphs (a), (b), (d) and (e) there shall be substituted the following paragraphs—

“(a) he is entitled to an invalidity pension under section 33, 40 or 41 of the Social Security Contributions and Benefits Act 1992;
(b)
he is entitled to a severe disablement allowance under section 68 of that Act;
(e)
he is entitled to unemployability supplement under Part I of Schedule 7 to that Act;”; and

(b)

for paragraphs (g) and (h), there shall be substituted the following paragraphs—

“(g) he is entitled to an attendance allowance under section 64 of the Social Security Contributions and Benefits Act 1992;
(h)
he is entitled to an increase of the weekly rate of his disablement pension under section 104 of that Act;”.
