In paragraph 5 of that Schedule in each of sub-paragraphs (1) and (7)(c) for the words “or community charge benefit in pursuance of Part II of the Social Security Act 1986” there shall be substituted the words “ in pursuance of the Social Security Act 1986 or community charge benefit in pursuance of Part VII of the Social Security Contributions and Benefits Act 1992 ”.
