In this Part of this Schedule -

• “the 1965 Act” means the M1National Insurance Act 1965;

• “the 1973 Act” means the M2Social Security Act 1973;

• “the 1975 Act” means the M3Social Security Act 1975;

• “the former Consequential Provisions Act” means the M4Social Security (Consequential Provisions) Act 1975; and

• “the 1986 Act” means the M5Social Security Act 1986.
